Refund Policy
At Tenet, we aim to build long-term partnerships and provide a reliable, high-quality platform. This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled and forms part of the Tenet Software Subscription Agreement.
Subscription Terms
Subscription terms may be customized based on customer needs. We offer a 1-month free trial that does not automatically renew. After the trial period, a paid subscription agreement or Order Form is required to continue using the platform. Unless otherwise stated in writing, paid subscriptions automatically renew for successive 12-month terms unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the current subscription term.
Data Usage Fees
Pricing is tailored to your business structure, number of users, and model complexity. Each subscription includes usage aligned with the expected usage profile associated with the subscription. If usage materially exceeds expected levels, additional charges may apply. Usage fees are billed monthly.
Refunds
Except as otherwise stated in writing, we do not provide refunds for:
- Subscription fees
- Partial billing periods
- Unused licenses
- Data Usage Fees
- Applicable taxes or transaction fees
If you believe there has been a billing error or duplicate charge, please contact us. We review billing concerns in good faith and will correct any verified billing errors.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unique situations can arise. While refunds are not part of our standard policy, we may review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis and work toward a reasonable resolution where appropriate.
